One of the best, if not the best, pozole soups I have had! Tacos, Quseadilla, Fajitas, and their dipps are all excellent! Not salty, great flavor!
Everything is authentic and delicious! Friendly and excellent team, great service.
Only complaints, their soup spoons are too small and not a fan of their tortilla chips, which is unfortunate because their sauces are outstadinner! BTW, they don't have a freezer!!! Just had the Chicken Fajitas, and coming from someone born in Albuquerque, they were some of the best I have ever had!
The food was delicious and so was my flight of margaritas. Service was acceptable, but definitely has room for improvement.
Order 3 tacos (shrimp, chorizo,chicken)..after a mix up I ended up with 4!
Pineapple, mango & classic margaritas were 🔥
We visited Luna for our third time, about a week ago, with another couple. The food continues to be quite good, with the exception of the chips. They pride themselves on making the in-house, but they are consistently greasy. The dinners are very good; we have never been disappointed. The service was good, with our waitress having a great sense of humor. It is loud inside when the place starts to fill up. We've noticed that in the past, too. A few sound-absorbing tiles would probably make a big difference. The margaritas have been consistently good. You do have to view your menu on your phone, which could be a hindrance to those less technology-savvy.
The patio is a wonderful, fully shaded, but with heaters to help those who get a bit chilly. The tacos were top tier. I recommend that you get at least a few different ones to try because they won't disappoint. I wasn't impressed by the margaritas though. I think a lot of people will like them, but they were a bit too sugary for my taste. All in all, the place is well run and will make for a nice night out.
I really love this place. Mostly for the flights of margaritas. They give you generous sizes and it’s only $15 for three. They also have really good tacos and quesadillas. The only negative is we have been here twice and both times our reservations have been about 20-30 minutes out. last time they accidentally gave our reservation away to someone with the same name. I get mistakes happen. Another issue is that it is really loud when it’s busy and the seating is really close to other people next to you so you can easily hear each other‘s conversations.
We went for lunch during the week, and it was pleasantly quiet. Clara (maybe Claira) was a wonderful server for the three of us. She was friendly, knew details of the dishes, and made some great recommendations. She was attentive without hovering and made sure we had everything we needed. If the restaurant has some employee award, such as the Gilded Tortilla Chip, it should be awarded to her.
The food was lovely, filling, and had a very balanced taste; not a slap in the face of heat, cilantro, or other ingredients like you sometimes see.
The only thing I found odd was that there was no hand dryer or towels in the bathroom. Not a big deal, just unexpected. We'll definitely be back for lunch. I can see how it could be pretty loud during a dinner shift.
Taco's are good. Margaritas are tasty. Atmosphere is ok. The downtown GR location seems more fun.
This place is great, which is why it is probably so busy. I dined here with a couple of friends on a Wednesday night and we had to sit at the bar until our table was ready so if I are on a tight schedule, I recommend making reservations.
We got drinks and apps at the bar. We tried the queso, guacamole, and elote. The queso and the guacamole were amazing but the elote is nothing special. Everyone enjoyed their margarita and I loved my mojito.
Once we received our table, we each ordered a couple of tacos. Everybody enjoyed what they ordered.
